        <![CDATA[ Hey guys, we would like to invite racers to attend an upcoming event at HVSC on our 4 lane Ogilvie in Cortland Manor NY. It will be an enduro style event for
60s and 70s LeMans cars made by Fly and Scaly. We are limiting to these 2 brands to make it a little easier in car selection. Basically, any car that ran a
24hr of LeMans is eligible, Ferrarris, GT40s, Porsches etc. We would like to get enough racers so we could have 2 man teams. We are also thinking about cycling
the lights to a dusk... ]]>

tastes. Should be a very large turnout, and a lot of fun. the back straight is a suspension bridge and not perfecctly flat, has a rolling highway effect. I can
envision some ariels , if not careful. Harlan, Don and myself will probably be there by 5pm, get some practice and tuning in, Charlie and Jay by 7 i think. We

Im going to be using STs, they work well on my Carrera at home, but bring a couple sets of different tires and try em out at Buds.

I agree that it is a challenge when you dont have much choice as to tuning.

Im using the red white and blue 956 because its a bone stock car thats (broken in) well raced and has won on our track with just oiling... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Well had a bad night in &quot;the shop&quot; getting a Slot-it car ready for Fridays race.

First I removed the body from my Loctite BMW Mclaren. This is by far the smoothest best handling car I own. I was checking the front axle assembly with the
intent of removing the plastic pieces that I installed last year to remove the slop and adjust the ride height. Than I noticed that I had removed the original
stock axle stops. So this car would not meet the current race specs. No big deal... ]]></description>

   A few things u all should be aware of, buds will be available for practice anytime anyone gets there, free track time and he will lower the lane voltage to
10v. All you need do is tell him when u arrive that ur here for the race and track time is on the house, I will open the basement door earlier, for those who
want an early start, say 7am. I have no problem with that. I also agree, with my mates rulings, to keep the car as stock as possible for fridays race, except

			<description><![CDATA[ Hey Bob both tracks will be 10v,  the race at Buds will start at around 8 so I would get there before that, doors will open at HVSC at 8am.

A thin washer to limit side play on the Slotits is NOT legal, the cars are to be 100% stock except for rear tires , guides and weight inside the car.

			<description><![CDATA[ Hey Rob, I would think as long as you are not cutting the chassis in any way it would be legal, do you need to do this on your Slotit also, they have the
spacer blocks and the newer chassis have set screws for the axle.

			<description><![CDATA[ I need some clairification on this item. Is it allowed to modify the front axle assembly to limit the free play on either of these two classes? Typically we
would glue in a piece of plastic to set the ride height and limit the up and down movement of the front axle. I have no problem with or without it. I just need

60s and 70s LeMans cars made by Fly and Scaly. We are limiting to these 2 brands to make it a little easier in car selection. Basically, any car that ran a
24hr of LeMans is eligible, Ferrarris, GT40s, Porsches etc. We would like to get enough racers so we could have 2 man teams. We are also thinking about cycling
